Hi, I'm Liz!

Growing up in a big fat Greek family taught me a few things at a young age - spend quality time with those you love and always have enough food in the fridge for everyone to munch on. After college, I found myself creating a meat and cheese board for every occasion; from family dinners to potlucks at work to wine nights with the girls. In 2019, I decided to turn my passion into a business venture and Colorado Charcuterie was born. 


Charcuterie is my love language. Crafting every beautiful board is truly a therapeutic art form that I find so much joy in. When I'm not building boards, I'm usually outside enjoying all the beauty Colorado has to offer.
