Hi, I'm Liz!
Growing up in a big fat Greek family taught me a few things at a young age - spend quality time with those you love and always have enough food in the fridge for everyone to munch on. After college, I found myself creating a meat and cheese board for every occasion; from family dinners to potlucks at work to wine nights with the girls. In 2019, I decided to turn my passion into a business venture, and Colorado Charcuterie was born.
Charcuterie is my love language. Crafting every beautiful board is truly a therapeutic art form that I find so much joy in. I hope you love our boards and are inspired to create your own one day, too!
In 2021, I moved to sunny San Diego, so Lauren took the reins to keep Colorado Charcuterie cranking! In 2025, I moved back to Colorado, but decided to turn charcuterie back into a passion project rather than a full-time business. I still will make a guest appearance now and then, so keep your eyes out for pop ups!
