Hi, I'm Liz!

Growing up in a big fat Greek family taught me a few things at a young age - spend quality time with those you love and always have enough food in the fridge for everyone to munch on. After college, I found myself creating a meat and cheese board for every occasion; from family dinners to potlucks at work to wine nights with the girls. In 2019, I decided to turn my passion into a business venture and Colorado Charcuterie was born. 


Charcuterie is my love language. Crafting every beautiful board is truly a therapeutic art form that I find so much joy in. I hope you love our boards and are inspired to create your own one day too! Until then, we've got you covered 😉

I recently moved to sunny San Diego so I'll be away for a bit but don't fret - I've built an amazing team in Colorado to keep Colorado Charcuterie cranking!

Hi, I'm Lauren!

Co-Owner of Colorado Charcuterie, with feet on the ground here in Denver to run our daily operations!  I hail from Ohio but I'm loving life in CO with my fiancé Bobby and our pup, Scout 🐶

I've got an eye for charcuterie, a taste for Vermont cheddar, and a love for peppered salami. I look forward to meeting you!
